On December 18, criminal “speaker” Vladimir Konstantinov announced a new “decision of the State Council by absentee voting” on the criminal “nationalization” of various Crimean assets; previously, we have written many times that these scams are often associated with both the seizure of property and its “re-registration” in order to “hide” beneficiaries collaborating with the occupiers from sanctions and the attention of the Ukrainian authorities.

Konstantinov announced “the nationalization of the property of another 77 legal entities and individuals,” namely “1,150 objects of movable and immovable property”. At the same time, there is talk about the “nationalization” of “the property of various agricultural enterprises, banks, sports and rehabilitation centers, a tennis club”, including “Oschadbank” and the “Mariupol Metallurgical Plant”, as well as the “London” Hotel and the “1001 Nights Hotel” in Miskhor and Park-hotel “Marat” in Gaspra.

Among the “business empires” called for nationalization, Konstantinov pointed to the Kerch “sailors” from “Yuvas-Trans” and the agricultural “empire” “Karakash-Agro”. Since 2008, these farmers have been registered with Lithuanian investors, Antanas Mikolauskas and Aivaras Abromavicius, who “entered the lands” of Lenur Islyamov, whom we have described many times. It is noteworthy that earlier the “nationalization” of “Karakash-Agro” was already announced and it was written about the “raider takeover” of this business in 2022.

Regarding “Yuvas-Trans” and the corresponding ship repair yard in Kerch, it is worth recalling our 2020 materials about the family of Kerch collaborator Anatoly Naroditsky. Naroditsky is known as the “ferryman of the occupiers”; he not only actively contributed to the seizure of Crimea at the initial stage, but also became “famous” for assisting the occupiers in the operation of blocking the passage of Ukrainian boats through the Kerch Strait in 2018, after which “Yuvas-Trans” came under Ukrainian sanctions. As we previously wrote, the Naroditsky’s tankers were managed through the English company “Arida” and a “convenient” Czech company, which are controlled by Anatoly’s son, Yaroslav Naroditsky.
