As it was stated in the Sevastopol “media”, another problem has arisen at the long-suffering construction of the capital treatment facilities “Yuzhnye”.
Despite the assurances of the occupation “administration” that the alleged construction dates “remain the same, and the work is proceeding according to the established schedule”, the prospects of bankruptcy of the “contractor”, the Moscow “Regional Construction Company” (“Regionalnaya Stroitelnaya Companiya”) are being discussed in social networks.
This happened after problems at its other “construction projects of the century”, namely on the section of the federal highway M-12 in Bashkiria, as well as on Sakhalin, where this Moscow structure is mastering more than 22 billion rubles on the construction of the western bypass road of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Both of these projects were implemented almost on “personal orders” by Kremlin dictator, but now the company’s equipment has been seized in Bashkiria, and the deadline for the facility’s completion in Sakhalin has been pushed back to 2027, and “lawsuits have been filed” against the company.
Let us recall that a year ago, the criminal “administration” of occupied Sevastopol “agreed to a significant change in the contract” for the construction of the long-suffering treatment facilities; according to the “initial version of the contract”, the “Regional Construction Company” was supposed to “master” 8.1 billion rubles by November 30, 2024, and this “cost” was increased to 20.38 billion in December 2023.
As they write on this matter in social networks, the “subcontractors” of this occupiers’ Sevastopol project, allegedly building a deep-water pipeline in Golubaya Bay, the Moscow firm “GTK” of a certain Alexander Serov and the firm “Aglomerat” from Balashikha of a certain Alexander Barshin also had “some problems”.
The Sevastopol residents write that “the work was not completed, the contracts were terminated, the firms were left with large monetary debts to the workers”. Judging by the repertoire of the declared services, “GTK” was supposed to do the project and provide diving work, and “Aglomerat” was to supply pipes.
At the same time, both Serov and Barshin previously “fruitfully worked” together in the Novosibirsk company “Podvodstroy” and the Moscow “Podvodstroyservis”, liquidated more than ten years ago; now, clearly other structures are listed under these names, and the legal successors of these companies are completely different denominations.
According to open sources, the majority of shares in the “Regional Construction Company” belong to the company “Filin” of a certain Alexander Isaev, as well as Olga Sakun, whose father Boris Sakun is declared the general director of the company.
The Sakun family grew up on the legacy of the father and grandfather of the current nominees of the company, Vladislav Sakun, the former head of the Main Directorate of Railway Construction of the Urals and Siberia during the period of completion of the Soviet BAM construction.
Boris Sakun, among other things, made a career in the post-Soviet company “Transstroy”, in the development of which billions for the reconstruction of the runway of the Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg, he closely merged with the current Kremlin “elite”.
What is the reason for the current disfavor of the aggressor’s highest authorities towards this unholy family is still unclear, but it is obvious that there will be no new treatment facilities in occupied Sevastopol for a long time.
