Ukrainian military observer Konstantin Mashovets wrote on September 8 that due to significant losses, the enemy command was recently forced to partially withdraw “to the tactical reserve” units of the “810th brigade” that the invaders hold in the mentioned area in the strength of “up to a battalion.” It is also reported that thanks to the leak of documents from the occupation headquarters, it became known who commands the “North direction”, the “Russian operational-tactical group”, which, in particular, is fighting in the occupied part of the Kherson region.

His “chief of staff” is “lieutenant colonel” Vladimir Kuklenko, “control officer of the 810th Brigade.” Kuklenko served the aggressor in Sevastopol before the occupation of the peninsula; for example, in 2012, he appeared in publications as the “commander of a mortar battery of an airborne assault battalion” of that same “brigade” of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
