According to social networks, the criminal invaders’ “governor” from Melitopol, Yevgen Balitsky, on June 8 issued a criminal “order” on the “evacuation”, and in practice, the deportation of the population of a number of settlements of the Zaporizhzhya region, captured by the invaders, to Simferopol and also “to Kerch by sea”.
Since it is obvious that there is no practical need to forcibly move the population to the occupied Crimea exactly, these actions should be considered a gross violation of the requirements of the Geneva Conventions and, accordingly, as a war crime.
In this context, it should be especially pointed out the “maritime evacuation” declared by the aggressor’s puppet, which is obviously planned through the Sea of Azov, which is unsafe for a number of reasons, and in general, in principle, does not have any, even fake, “justifications”.
Given the recent aggressor’s “successes” in “transferring” the population from the flood zone on the left-bank part of the Kherson Region, which has obviously caused mass casualties and is accompanied by aggressor’s provocations, we should not exclude occupiers’ special provocations precisely within the framework of “sea evacuation” with subsequent false accusations of them Ukraine.
