The end of last week was marked by a surge in “pre-election PR” of the Sevastopol gauleiter Mikhail Razvozhaev, who at the so-called “St. Petersburg International Economic Forum” became a “talking head” on a number of “investment projects” for the alleged subsequent large-scale development of the occupied city with housing estates for Russian colonizers.
The main “investor”, allegedly for 180 billion rubles, with the “development” of the Mount Sapun area is the Krasnodar “Alias Group” of the local businessman Boris Yunanov, whose “Neometry” is controlled by him, is engaged in large-scale scams with development in Sochi and Novorossiysk.
Previously, the “financial partner” for “Alias Group” in the Kuban machinations was the now “merged” with VTB “Crimean bank” of the aggressor RNKB, and Yunanov himself “flashed” in provocations with the removal of children from occupied Crimea to the Caucasus, allegedly for “participation in sports competitions” to glorify the military structures of the aggressor that committed international crimes in Ukraine.
In addition to Yunanov, “Sevproektmontazh” is declared as the “investor” in the development of Sapun Mountain, for 34.6 billion, whose beneficiaries Alexander Dukven and Mikhail Chernyatin have close ties with the swindlers of the occupiers from the Sevastopol “city economy department” and “water utility”, and earlier we wrote about their attempts to use Ukrainian companies legalized before 2014 for the corresponding scams.
This company also regularly laundered, together with Razvozhaev’s entourage, hundreds of millions on the “reconstruction and repair” of Sevastopol monuments, which led to disastrous consequences.
Also, 26 billion will be developed on the alleged construction site near the Balaklava Highway by “Interstroy” of the Kerch swindler and former “Crimean Vice Prime Minister” Yevgeny Kabanov, whom we have described many times, who previously got off with a “light scare” for scams with money from the “federal target program”.
Another 5 billion will be developed on the site along Parkova Street by the structure of the well-known collaborator of Pavlo Lebedev “Parangon”, allegedly expanding its “land” of the hotel of this former Minister of Defense of Ukraine “Aquamarine”.
On this occasion, Sevastopol residents predictably write on social networks “the city will be finished”, asking rhetorical questions “where will they get drinking water, where are the jobs, where are the roads”, stating that “there is no place to put a stamp on the developers”.
It is also noted that the areas for the described “projects of the century” on Mount Sapun began to be fenced off and “prepared”, destroying the local forest plantations, back in February.
