We have previously written many times about the activities of the international fish mafia, associated with the Sevastopol fish canning plant “Aquamarine”, the formal “beneficiaries” of which for many years have been local swindlers Vladimir Gelvanovsky and Vladimir Nigar.
We recently pointed out that “clouds are gathering” over this structure after Russian colonizers from the clan of gauleiter Mikhail Razvozhaev “set their sights” on the enterprise’s capacities, but that the “nationalization” of this tasty resource is “somewhat complicated” by the affiliation of the corresponding mafia with a number of “wallets” of the Belarusian dictator Lukashenko.
Before the occupation, Gelvanovsky was a deputy of the Sevastopol City Council from the “Party of Regions”, and he “supervised” fish catching and processing enterprises under the patronage of the head of the Sevastopol police, Major General Vitaly Malikov, the son-in-law of the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Nikolai Belokon.
This same enterprise, as well as “Interrybflot-Krym”, where the same Nigar was declared as a “co-owner”, were used as gaskets in the charter of fishing vessels. Nigar was also declared by the occupiers as the “chairman of the non-profit organization” “Association of participants of the free economic zone of Sevastopol”.
Now the occupiers have announced the “exclusion” of “Aquamarine” from the “residents” of the same “free economic zone”, as well as the sale at auction of the “INA-112 stuffing machine”, allegedly “to cover the debts” of this structure. And on April 4, the fake “Sevastopol arbitration court” announced the “bankruptcy process” of the plant, “scheduling a hearing on the case” for July 30.
Earlier, the same “arbitration” withdrew millions from “Aquamarine” under “claims” from “Rosprirodnadzor” for “unpaid environmental fees”, and the occupiers’ punishers “initiated cases” for “non-payment of taxes” and “non-payment of wages”, tried to “squeeze out” the warehouse on Kamyshovoye Highway, and tried to initiate “bankruptcy” back in 2021.
But only now this “case” was suddenly “set in motion”, and at the same time they began to bankrupt the “Moscow roof” of the plant, the company “TD Aquamarine Group”, with the formal founders in the form of the same Nigar and Maria Turchina.
It can be assumed that the current hasty “bankruptcy” was the result of the struggle for control over the plant, and then two options are possible.
Either the real beneficiaries of this structure will “change their skin”, which will allow them to save their Sevastopol plant from the close attention of the “nationalizer” Razvozhaev, and the mainland assets from other issues.
Or this “bankruptcy” will become the “final solution to the issue” of “Aquamarine” in favor of that same gauleiter; which version of events will be correct – the coming months will show.
