On January 31, Vladimir Konstantinov’s henchmen from among the Crimean Tatar collaborators, Ayder Tippa and Ruslan Yakubov “marked themselves” as key “talking heads” at a meeting in the fake “administration of the Bakhchisaray disctrict”, where, in addition to the local “officials”, representatives of the Muslim clergy and of “public opinion among the Crimean Tatars” were herded together.
This show was dedicated to promoting the provocation of the Russian special services, which began last year, about holding the “first congress of Crimean Tatar deputies” in Simferopol, at which it was announced that a “coordination council” would be “created”, and for some reason the aggressor’s propaganda did not publish the “final documents” of the congress or the composition of the “coordination council” immediately after this show.
And now, more than a month later, “completely by accident”, stories about the “congress” and its “appeal” to “compatriots abroad” began to appear on such resources, as a tool of Russian intelligence – “World coordinating council of Russian compatriots living abroad”, however, also without “unnecessary details”.
At the same time, the Crimean “media” began to vigorously talk about “meetings” of the type described with Tippa and Yakubov, at which they presented to the Bakhchisarai residents two “members of the coordinating council”, Akim Ablyakimov and Sufyan Ablaev, as allegedly “mediators” on “social issues” between the Crimean Tatars and the “authorities”.
The fact that this travesty has little in common with “managerial realities”, and is aimed exclusively at propaganda, and external propaganda at that, is also emphasized by the real role of the aforementioned local collaborators.
Even before his “membership” in the “coordination council”, Ablyakimov was listed by the occupiers as the gauleiter of the village of Krasny Mak (Biyuk-Karalez), and Ablaev was appointed “deputy of the town council” in the same Bakhchisarai in September, naturally, on the “United Russia” list.
Earlier, the local businessman Ablaev, who makes money on his structure “Crimean Investments”, was brought into the “district public council” by the aggressor. And therefore, no new role of “mediation” arose for these “officials” in the “coordination council” by definition.
In this regard, it is not so much the PR promotion of the fake “coordination council” and “congress decisions” by the aggressor as supposedly “necessary” for the Crimean Tatars on the ground that is noteworthy, but the delegation of this role to the occupiers’ special services, namely to Vladimir Konstantinov and his accomplices from the “state council”.
Although the people of gauleiter Sergei Aksyonov and his accomplice, the “Crimean mufti” Emirali Ablaev, tried to “saddle” the initial PR campaign to hold the “congress”, now this “section of work” is clearly being intercepted by the criminal “Crimean speaker”.
This was quite expected, since it was Konstantinov who, after the September “festival of democracy” in the “local elections”, had quite a few “sprouted” Crimean Tatars in the role of “deputies” in the “feast of winners” on the lists of the Kremlin’s “united and indivisible party”.
Also, the criminal “speaker”, unlike Aksyonov and “mufti” Ablaev, is allowed by the aggressor’s special services to constantly “express foreign policy rhetoric”, without which the entire current provocation with the “congress” of Crimean Tatar collaborators and its “coordination council” will have no meaning. And its development can clearly be observed in the coming months.
