Let us recall that we have previously written many times about the activities of the “VS Energy” group of companies, which owned critical infrastructure facilities on the territory of Ukraine, including “Khersonoblenergo”, and “Sevastopolenergo”, that directly worked for the aggressor.
A study by our Association in June 2022 indicated that the owners of “VS Energy” were Russian State Duma deputy Alexander Babakov and president of the CSKA football club Evgeniy Giner.
Now, the occupiers-controlled “Sevastopol media” have announced that “Sevastopolenergo” allegedly “changed its owner a few months ago”, and allegedly “the change took place in complete silence, and even now there is little information”.
The current “leak” that a certain company “MSK” (“INC LLC”) became the beneficiary of “Sevastopolenergo” was carried out by the occupiers through the criminal “deputy of the legislative assembly” Anton Parkhomenko.
Through him, they announced the alleged “reduction of management personnel” and the focus of the “new owners” on key “Putin’s projects” such as “technological connection of the Opera House on Cape Khrustalny” and “reconstruction of the substation for the yacht marina in Balaklava”, as well as “strengthening the infrastructure in Baydar Valley,” which, “oddly enough”, coincides in terms of objects with the further intensification of servicing the occupiers’ military facilities.
The “new owners” are really hidden in the occupiers’ registers as deeply as possible, through a bunch of recently created or “modernized” Moscow pads and a number of “founders” and “general directors” without a public past.
The Moscow “Interregional Network Company” (“Mezhregionalnaya Setevaya Kompaniya”) itself allegedly has Dmitry Martynov and the “United Distribution Network Company” as its founders, while until recently it was replaced by the company “Aforra Engineering” with founders in the form of Dmitry Milovantsev and the company “Digital Investments” (“Tsifrovyie Invastitsii”), registered to Inna Nekrasova .
Vyacheslav Kuliev was declared the director of “INC LLC” and, among other things, this structure “founded” the financial chain, “Atominvest”.
Through Dmitry Martynov, “MSK” (“INC LLC”) is connected, through the company “MIRO-M” with the Krasnodar micro-company with the “sounding” name “United Energy Systems”, as well as with the newly created “Sevastopol” “production company Sevastopol” and “Sevenergosbyt”, clearly “registered in connection” with “Sevastopolenergo”.
Such an “energy whirlwind” may indicate, among other things, a desire not only to hide the “circumstances of the transfer” of the supposedly “former beneficiaries” of “Sevastopolenergo”, but also their current connection with the criminal enterprise.
