As it became obvious from the statements of the criminal “governor of Sevastopol” Mikhail Razvozhaev, he decided to “actively work out” the incident we described yesterday, when in the occupied city on Admiral Oktyabrsky Street a retaining wall collapsed on November 25, for the “repair” of which in 2019 the occupiers wrote off 50 million rubles.
We wrote that the wall began to crumble from the beginning of the year, and that the fake “government” spent another 14 million rubles for the “new renovation project”. Naturally, Razvozhaev immediately found the “extremists” a little further from his own pocket and publicly “appointed” as such the “predecessors” from Dmitry Ovsyannikov’s “team”, who allegedly “walled up the gutters” and “cut down the trees”.
However, since Razvozhaev clearly won’t get to the “Cypriot fugitive from the regime” controlled by the Russian special services, he also decided to arrange a “sacred sacrifice” in the form of Veronica Lisovskaya, “acting director of the municipal services department,” a man from Evgeny Gorlov, whom Razvozhaev now “refuses to approve the deputy governor”.
Let us recall that Gorlov, the former deputy mayor of Sochi, came to Sevastopol as a protégé of the clan competing with the bosses of Razvozhaev and was “transferred” from Russia precisely under Ovsyannikov in order to “wait out” a number of corruption scandals in the occupied territory.
Previously, Gorlov “became famous” for being beaten by Sochi resident Viktor Belevsky in 2015, after “administration employees decided to cut off the water supply to his house until the violation was eliminated.”
In 2018, the newly arrived criminal “deputy director of the department” Gorlov was beaten in Sevastopol by collaborator Roman Efremenko while trying to “get involved” in fairly monetary issues of the fake “reconstruction of Matrossky Descent” Now Razvozhaev will clearly use the “Weeping Wall” case to eliminate Gorlov and his protégé as much as possible from the corresponding “feeders” in the sphere of “budget”, “tariffs” and “real estate”.
Let us recall that last year Razvozhaev already tried to play the “evil policeman”, threatening to send Gorlov “back to Sochi” amid a conflict between groups of collaborators in the development of “elite” liqueurs in the beach area at Cape Khrustalny. However, even now the “debriefing” is unlikely to end with the “deportation” of Gorlov, although public pages close to Razvozhaev began hastily disseminating “scandals, intrigues and investigations” regarding the “subordinates” of the “Sochi whipping boy”
Among other things, it is written that “Lisovskaya… just admit it, she is convenient for you, the less she understands about the work of housing and communal services, the better. The main thing is that she signs the papers”, “details of the mutual intimate life” of the criminal “director of the energy efficiency center” and “director of Gorsvet” Alexander Lavrichenko and Elena Bolyakhova and it is recalled that the criminal “director of Sevteploenergo” Dmitry Gorbunov is only involved in “his own hotel”.
However, these “revelations”, to put it mildly, are not surprising for Sevastopol residents, and in response, recalling the recent scandal with “Chinese tourists,” a cynical joke began to spread on social networks that the “government” of Sevastopol would contact the “prosecutor’s office” to “verify the involvement of Chinese tourists in destruction of the retaining wall with the pedestrian zone in the city center”.
