As they write in the occupation “Sevastopol press,” the illegal company “Sevproektmontazh” will launder more than 16 million on the “project for the restoration of the monument to Black Sea aviators”. And here the point is not in the deplorable state of the monument itself, and not even in the epic with other “restoration projects”, where “Sevproektmontazh” acts as a “contractor”, although, among other things, we wrote about the recent destruction of the Tauride Staircase in the occupied city for 39 million precisely by these “builders”.
The beneficiaries of “Sevproektmontazh”: Alexander Dukven and Mikhail Chernyatin are interesting to others, and this is not even a “successful contract” of their company “Vegolos” for the construction of a residential complex in Belgorod, not a close connection with the swindlers of the occupiers from the Sevastopol “administration for the operation of municipal facilities” and “vodokanal”.
The most noteworthy thing is that Dukven registered in the Ukrainian registers not “Sevproektmontazh” only, which was legal since 2006, and other firm with the modest name “Dukven” in 2012, but also as “Investment construction company “Blagostroy””, in which the owner was replaced by the mentioned Sevastopol swindlers’ duet in November 2021.
Thus, at least on the eve of the large-scale invasion, Dukven and Chernyatin planned to somehow use their old Sevastopol companies for operations in the govenment-controlled territory of Ukraine and not necessarily exclusively for the “sale of Sevastopol apartments.”
