We have written many times about the criminal “personnel migration” of both collaborators and Russian colonialists from the occupied peninsula to Melitopol; another example should be considered Pyotr Zhigailov, declared an aggressor in the criminal role of “chairman of the Melitopol district council of deputies”, naturally from “United Russia”.
Until 2015, Zhigailov was a minor official in the Kaliningrad Region and, among other things, a certain company “Podvodgazstroyservis”, liquidated in 2021, was registered in his name, allegedly “for earthworks” in Guryevsk, which the “volunteer” and “party activist” now prefers not to remember.
Calling himself a “participant of the Russian spring”, Zhigailov has been spotted in occupied Sevastopol since 2017, where under the criminal Dmitry Ovsyannikov he was listed as the “head of the transport department” of the fake structure “Improvement of the Sevastopol”, and under the current “kolobok” Razvozhaev – as “deputy director” in “Sevastopol Avtodor”.
However, in 2021, the fake “deputy of the council of the Nakhimovsky municipal district of Sevastopol” Zhigailov “suddenly” decided to “return to business” becoming “deputy director for construction” of the Simferopol “company” “Garantsystem” and with the beginning of large-scale aggression, he began to actively travel to the occupied mainland: apparently, in a difficult choice between the occupiers’ prison and a fake “position,” the Kaliningrad colonialist recklessly decided to play “Russian roulette”.
