On August 14, the occupiers-controlled “media” reported on the “initiatives” of Maxim Karpov, the criminal “head of Crimean unit of Azov and Black Sea territorial department of the Russia’s Federal Fisheries Agency”.
This collaborator offered to “coordinate” in the occupied Sevastopol all “development projects” “within the boundaries of the water protection zone” with the “Rosrybolovstvo” “(Russia’s Federal Fisheries Agency”), that is, personally with him, as it was organized by the occupiers in the Crimea.
This “initiative” for additional “financing” of criminal developers was also promoted by the fake “representative of the public chamber of Sevastopol” Ekaterina Dorohova.
It should be noted that before the occupation of Crimea, Karpov was the deputy head of the Ukraine’s East Black Sea Basin Department for the Protection, Use and Reproduction of Aquatic Biological Resources and Fisheries Regulation and he had some business in Mariupol.
Previously, we have repeatedly written about the provocation of the criminal “Crimean unit of the Federal Fishery Agency” organized by the aggressor prior to the large-scale Russian invasion, which have now become the subject of consideration in the courts of Ukraine, the ECHR and the UN Human Rights Committee, and about the connections of the persons involved in this “unit” with the international fishery mafia.
