We have repeatedly written about collaborator Sergei Trofimov, now a criminal “deputy” and protégé of the criminal “speaker” Vladimir Konstantinov, who was an assistant professor at the Crimean Law Institute and after the beginning of the occupation of Crimea, he “appointed” himself “acting director” after which he became plunder the property of the university, including in the interests of some individuals. In addition, former students of associate professor Trofimov discussed his acts of corruption in institute before the occupation.

Before the large-scale aggression, such an “outstanding employee” of the “record and envelope”, already in the criminal role of the “Crimean deputy”, was involved by the occupiers to “calculate and put forward material demands to Ukraine” regarding the supply of water to the peninsula by the North Crimean Canal, but Trofimov successfully failed this criminal undertaking.

In April 2023, the criminal Konstantinov promised a criminal “working group on the coordination of legislative activities” of all the Russia-occupied territories of Ukraine, which was “headed” by the same Trofimov.

Further, as we predicted, and as follows from the statements of collaborators, including Yefim Fiks, the same Trofimov, under the “auspices” of Konstantinov, is dealing with the issue of fake “cancellation” of the decisions of 1954 on the transfer of Crimea to Ukraine. However, as the same Fiks admitted, the collaborators still have nothing “ready” on the “documents”, and the same unsuccessful associate professor Trofimov remains to declare from the “high stands” about the then leadership of the USSR “which state and people they served – this is a big question”.

The most tragicomic here was not Trofimov’s search for “spies” among the late Soviet leaders, but his promise to “prepare documents”, “using theoretical and practical materials from the funds” of the illegal “Crimean branch of the Russian State University of Justice”.

Let us recall that this criminal “institution” uses the remains of the property of the Crimean Law Institute of the National Law Academy of Ukraine, which Trofimov plundered in 2014, and the question is not even rhetorical – what, in principle, can be stored there in connection with the events of seventy years ago.

It is noteworthy that both Fiks and Konstantinov were obviously taken aback by such a “creative approach” voiced in the criminal “State Council” by Trofimov on the development of fake theses of the “Kremlin dictator” about some alleged “violations”, promising criminal “help from deputies”.

Thus, the entire criminal PR campaign, initiated by the Konstantinov clan on the events of 1954, is increasingly slipping into an unrestrained farce, which is already obvious to the collaborators, involved in these fake processes.
