On December 12, the criminal “speaker” Vladimir Konstantinov, in his next “programme speech”, stated not only the alleged “wretchedness of ideas” about the “lawful state” and “civil society”, but also decided to “remember” Angela Merkel, who allegedly “never thought implement” the so-called “Minsk Agreements”.

It should be noted that the manipulation of Merkel’s statements in the invaders’ propaganda in recent days has become literally total in the context of criminal attempts to “justify” large-scale aggression.

The very so-called “self-exposure” of Merkel, often accused of sympathy for the Kremlin in “Zeit”, although it became “extremely timely” for the aggressor, looks innocent enough. It only talked about the fact that the “agreements” “were an attempt to give time to Ukraine”, so that “it would become stronger”, and, as it was specially clarified in the publication’s commentary, only “in order to then come to peace between Russia and Ukraine”.

Merkel did not say a word about the fact that the “agreements” were allegedly not planned to be implemented by Germany, and it is obvious that a “stronger Ukraine” is unacceptable for the aggressor, regardless of any “agreements”. It is also obvious that the “agreements” signed in Minsk were, firstly, only humanitarian ceasefire agreements and, secondly, they were not implemented by Russia for a single day from the moment they were signed.

These cynical manipulations of any “agreements” from the aggressor’s puppets should be taken into account when discussing any “negotiation proposals” from the Kremlin.
