As it was stated in March 2023 in the criminal “government” of the Russia-occupied Sevastopol, the illegal “joint stock company” “Sevastopolstroyproekt”, the “founder” of which is declared to be the illegal “department for property and land relations”, “shows millions in losses”.
At the same time, the company claims “losses” for 2021 of almost ten million, and if we talk about hundreds of “budgetary” millions “passed” through this structure, then from its “functionaries” you can hear about “inaccurately compiled financial statements” for the year before last and the absence in 2022 of “reporting” at all.
This state of affairs in the occupied city is hardly surprising in principle, but it is worth recalling that “Sevastopolstroyproekt” was the “favorite brainchild” of the criminal “governor” Mikhail Razvozhaev as a controlled “intermediary” between the “funds of the federal target program” and criminal developers.
At the same time, Konstantin Pirogov, an old accomplice of Razvozhaev in Krasnoyarsk, where he had a publishing, restaurant and development business, as well as aggressor’s Ministry for the North Caucasus.
Earlier, in November 2021, the same Pirogov was brought, with the active assistance of the criminal Krasnoyarsk-origin PR man Sergei Tolmachev, to the illegal role of the “head of the Sevastopol executive committee” of “United Russia” in Sevastopol, from where he switched to “building”.
It is obvious that this group of “Razvozhaev’s friends” intends to use the aggressor’s drying up “budgetary funds” through “Sevastopolstroyproekt” to the limit, not excluding the “write-off of funds” in the “Melitopol direction”, which was previously criminally stated by another Crimean collaborator Pavel Ieno.
