On March 21, the aggressor’s propaganda announced that in the occupied part of the Kherson region the so-called “human rights activist and activist” Valentin Rybin, enlisted by the invaders in some kind of criminal “ministry” of the occupation “administration”, will be in the fake and criminal “primary elections” from the “United Russia”.
It can be stated that the aggressor has big plans for this “talking head”: since 2014, in Kyiv, Rybin, as a lawyer, has defended many agents of the “Russian world”, from the “Berkut” and captured militants and mercenary Rafael Lusvarga, to Viktor Medvedchuk.
In 2021, Rybin ran for deputies from the “Shariy party”, later he was deprived of his lawyer’s certificate for supporting the Russian aggression, and earlier, in 2018, journalists proved that his father Vladimir Rybin became a criminal “member of the coordinating council for small and medium-sized enterprises of the administration” in Russia-occupied Yalta.
In March 2022, Rybin left Ukraine for the EU countries, but then quickly ended up in Moscow, where he continued to criminally serve the aggressor’s propaganda and began to declare his alleged “role in the exchange of civilians” with Ukraine.
However, then this seasoned agent of the Russian special services “banally” got a job in a criminal “position” with the occupiers, and in March 2023, among other things, he stated that “Crimea is full of waiting people,” that is, Ukrainian patriots, and he criminally called on the occupiers’ punishers to “carry out tough prevention among the population”, that is, to intensify repressions on the occupied peninsula.
It is obvious that such a “colorful” criminal element is now “chartered” by the occupiers in Henichesk for the role previously played by collaborator Kirill Stremousov, and most likely Rybin’s finale will be approximately similar.
