The aggressor’s Deputy minister of energy Yevgeny Hrabchak suddenly announced at the end of December 2022 “the full completion of the integration of the Crimean peninsula into the energy system of Russia”.
At the same time, the Russian official called the launch of three substations for 110 kilowatts each – “Mindalnaya” near Sudak, as well as “Alupka” and “Darsan” near Yalta as the basis for such a criminal “completion”.
Naturally, it is difficult to understand how the launch of three separate substations generally correlates with the entire energy system of the region, but here Grabchak’s words have a rather prosaic justification.
The fact is that these substations are aimed at providing electric power to specific facilities directly related to the sick fantasies of the Kremlin.
For the Alupka station, these are illegal “state dachas” for the top of the Kremlin near the village of Oliva, “Darsan” is aimed at similar facilities in Yalta itself, and “Almond” was hastily built for Putin’s propaganda brainchild, the illegal “Tavrida” “youth center”.
It is noteworthy that none of these three substations is of significant importance for the economy and population of these areas of the occupied peninsula, and the criminal militarization of the region by the aggressor is mainly provided by other generation and distribution occupiers-controlled facilities.
Thus, Grabchak’s statements became, first of all, propaganda aimed at specific “very valuable subscribers” of new substations located not in the Crimea, but in the Kremlin.
However, no “deputy minister of energy” can promise such “subscribers” the very possibility of criminally enjoying the conveniences of electricity supply on the occupied peninsula for a long time.
