In early August, residents of occupied Sevastopol began discussing a tragicomic “happening” when local “entrepreneur” Ivan Chornobay “set up a shelter for free” in case of an air raid on Nakhimov Square, after which very quickly “a shelter from the government appeared nearby”, and “the structure of the enterprising entrepreneur was taken away without warning in an unknown direction”.
After this, Chornobay, who is closely connected with the developer “Alfa Group” and the carrier “Tavria-Trans”, as well as with the Sevastopol “reinforced concrete workers”, began to sarcastically complain on social networks, stating that “if I did this without permission, we have procedural issues. Write me an order, I’m not hiding anywhere, I’ll remove it at my own expense if the city residents don’t need it.”
Chornobay also spoke about “official shelters”, asking the question “have the products we see on this site been tested? Who developed these drawings?”, pointing out that such objects “have certain technical difficulties – these are correctly manufactured frames, embedded parts – certain types of welding are used for them” so that “these parts can withstand, are not torn out of the concrete, and this structure does not collapse.”
Obviously, this “stream of revelations” became another “black mark” for gauleiter Mikhail Razvozhaev from his competitors, who were removed from the “feeding troughs” on the eve of the “September elections”. Naturally, the “authorities” ignored this “rebellion on their knees”, announcing soon after that “the city had agreed to purchase another 277 reinforced concrete structures for beaches, parks and squares”.
The “administration” declared that “the Yevpatoria firm “Timer-Beton Krym” and the Sevastopol “RemDorInvest” of Gevorg Oganesyan were involved in the execution of contracts worth a total of over 135 million rubles, and that the contractors were supposedly “to cope with the task in 50 days”.
It should be noted that the “co-founders” of “Timer-Beton Krym” are Nikolai Petrunin and Ruslan Sarbaev from Bashkiria, “noted” in extremely “multi-task” activities, from “development of artificial intelligence” to copper processing. It is not surprising that after a couple of days, Sevastopol residents began posting photos of “official shelters” on social networks, where polymeric foam (PF) was noticed in concrete.
In this case, the “administration” deigned to explain the presence of such “especially durable material”, stating that “PF is inserted so that the mounting loop does not “walk”. After the slab is removed from the mold, the PF is removed.” However, Sevastopol residents are discussing not only “creative materials” for “shelters”, but also the “special” capacity of these structures, and their quickly formed “cleanliness” at the level of a public toilet, as well as the quickly organized exploitation of “foam bunkers” by “traders with boxes”.
