At the end of June, the aggressor-controlled “press” began to talk about the “new achievements” of the Crimean collaborator Daniil Pidaev, declared the illegal “deputy governor of the Zaporizhzhya region”.
At the same time, the gauleiter Yevgeny Balitsky, who sits in occupied Melitopol, did not personally report anything about the new “deputy”; let us recall that earlier he publicly complained that the Kremlin was sending him “penalty officers” as a form of punishment.
Pidaev’s identity is extremely vague. According to the “official calendar” of the occupiers, this native of Simferopol “worked in various positions in the financial supervision service” and in the “ministry of construction and architecture” in occupied Crimea, and since the spring of 2021 he was “deputy general director” in the illegal “Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea”, which he “headed” since 2022.
It is noteworthy that the occupiers’ registers regarding this person were clearly “cleaned”, but they could not completely erase his role, such as “general director” at the “Dzhankoy Machine-Building Plant” several years ago.
Among other things, Pidaev was one of the initiators of the destruction of the Moinaki Park and a number of children’s sanatoriums in Yevpatoria for development, described in detail by us, under the guise of a “federal children’s center”, the transfer of the lower station of the cable car on Ai-Petri in Miskhor to German Gref’s structures for “personal needs”, and he also lobbied for a “state industrial park” at the same Dzhankoy plant as a “trade and transport hub”, for which the enterprise was practically razed to the ground.
It is noteworthy that Pidaev was removed from the “leadership” of the aforementioned “Development Corporation” at the end of 2024, but as “behind the scenes” as possible, with a replacement for collaborator Irina Boyko.
Then he “surfaced” for some time in the “Crimean management” of the “Intellect” Group of Companies”, which is generally engaged in construction, but in recent months has become a sponsor of the militaristic project “Unmanned Technologies”, which is engaged in training Crimean youth as drone operators together with “DOSAAF” and the “ministry of youth and sports”.
This story testifies to the complete control of Pidaev by the aggressor’s special services and his probable “intraspecific” conflict with the clan of Sergei Aksyonov, after which such a “valuable employee” was “transferred with a promotion” to the “worst friends” of the Simferopol collaborators in Melitopol. What financial and property scams Pidaev will “become famous” for in his next fake “position” – subsequent events will show.
