In November 2024, we described the provocation of the aggressor regarding the participation of representatives of the occupation “administration” of Crimea at the 12th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF12), which was held from November 4 to 8 in Cairo, Egypt.
At that time, this forum was held with the support of the UN Human Settlements Program and this provocation caused the expected condemnation from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
We noted that the instrument of this Russian sabotage in Cairo, in addition to Yanina Pavlenko, was the Kremlin-controlled and Kazan-registered association “United Cities and Local Authorities of Eurasia”.
And now its current director, Rasikh Sagitov, together with the same Pavlenko, as well as Sergei Aksyonov, have become the main “talking heads” of the fake “international conference” “Tourism Potential – Betting on Heritage”, organized by “Russian diplomats” from the special services, on June 5 in occupied Yalta.
The idea of this provocation is promised as nothing more and nothing less than further maneuvers in the UN with the “declaration on the goal of sustainable development “Culture and Heritage”, which will allegedly be “adopted” in Yalta by “representatives of Russia, Argentina, Spain, Germany, Mexico and Turkey”.
It is unclear to which of them the “whole” “acting head of the administration of the Gagra region” of the Russian-occupied Abkhazia Adamur Tsishba is attributed, and so far the propaganda of the aggressor has personally “exposed” among the “sustainably developed” only him and Francisco Echarren, the mayor of the Argentine Castelli town of with 7 thousand inhabitants.
It is obvious that this provocation, with all its caricature, requires a serious response, including at the level of the UN Human Settlements Program, whose name is being speculated by swindlers who have no grounds for it.
