Some days ago, on the occasion of the “rotation of the composition” of the so-called “Crimean republican branch of the council of public monitoring commissions” in the agressor’s “press” the “chairman” of this structure on the peninsula Andrey Kozar decided to “open up”.
This Simferopol taxi driver “on the wave” of occupation first decided to head the corresponding “transport trade union”, but then decided that it would be more profitable for him in the “public commissions”, whose role allegedly consists of “monitoring the situation in places of deprivation of liberty”.
But as it turned out, “public control” from Kozar, also a figure in the “public councils” under the criminal “ministry of transport” and “ministry of internal affairs” of the occupiers, and his accomplice, “human rights activist and cheese maker” Ivan Garda consists not only in stories for the “press” of the occupiers about the allegedly “ideal conditions” in the Crimean places of confinement.
In addition, acting as a tool of the aggressor’s special services, these “social activists” are engaged in “facilitating the registration of Russian citizenship” for imprisoned Ukrainian citizens taken out of the Kherson region by the occupiers after 2022.
At the same time, the prisoners are frightened by the fact that “there will be no life without Russian documents”, and their relatives are extorted money for the “complicated, long process” of communicating with the “migration service”, as well as for “registration at the place of residence”.
Well, as a “nice bonus”, these “social activists” unobtrusively offer “for a reasonable fee” a transfer, overnight stay and clothing for former prisoners from mainland Ukraine released onto the street.
Also, the aforementioned figures do not disdain criminal “patriotic seminars” “for freedom in Russia”, when persons held in places of confinement, convicted by Ukraine before 2022, are brainwashed, including “an explanation of responsibility for extremism”.
