We have repeatedly described the squabbling of Sevastopol clans around the “landscaped embankment” at Crystal Cape (Mys Khrustalny or Kryshtalevy), which, despite the “omophorion” of the criminal “governor” Razvozhaev, remains a “tidbit” of his competitors.
Let us remind you that this scam was started twenty years ago by Pavel Ulybyshev, for which his company “Cultural Center “Crystal Cape””. the city council transferred two plots of land.
Next, Ulybyshev attracted investors in the form of Ukrainian chain restaurateurs Dmitry Galbmillion and Andrey Zadorozhny, as well as local businessman Eduard Yurkevich.
However, then the participants in the scam decided that “Bolivar cannot carry double” and forced Ulybyshev to transfer his share to the tycoon and at that time people’s deputy Pavel Lebedev in 2009.
After the start of the occupation, the “new authorities” periodically imitate “lawsuits for land,” which predictably end in nothing, while allegedly Lebedev and the owners of “Kozyrnaya Karta” abandoned the project, now completely controlled by Eduard Yurkevich.
As collaborators write, “under him, a swimming pool, a shalman, a shopping pavilion in the form of a long barge, and a plastic carousel from China, that had already become legendary, were built on the embankment,” and the previously poverty-stricken “Crystal Cape owner” under Mikhail Razvozhaev is generally “doing business up quickly.”
Commenting on the current “fraudulent schemes of managers going to court with the intention of losing it in order to legitimize what was illegally built on public territory in violation of the permitted use of land,” Sevastopol residents write that “Yurkevich with his construction projects has pleased several heads and prosecutors of the city; in London money is circulating not only for capital treatment plants “Southern”, hinting at the British “inmate” and former “governor” Dmitry Ovsyannikov.
At the same time, it is sacrifically noted that in the context of these scams, the residents of Sevastopol “forgot Pavel Lebedev, Olga Kovitidi and Kunitsyn. Maybe someone remembers Vadim Novinsky?”
Well, while Yurkevich is expanding his “seaside empire,” for the less influential “owners of the embankments,” the occupiers in Sevastopol announced “lawsuits have been filed for the demolition of several dozen real estate properties that have signs of unauthorized, illegal or multi-apartment buildings.”
These are quite a variety of “illegal objects”, sometimes just a few apartments completed in an old building, and if bribes from their “owners” are not received in the near future by their “worst friends”, Evgeny Gorlov and Mikhail Razvozhaev, then they are promised to be razed to the ground, not waiting for the “court decision”; after all, unlike the “master of Crystal”, “this is completely different.”
