On June 27, in occupied Sevastopol, the criminal “authorities” decided to feign “concern for the safety of the population from shelling,” declaring at a “meeting of the legislative assembly” held after the “operational headquarters” that “600 temporary shelters” would allegedly be built, and that there would be a new alert mode has been announced: “Ballistics!” “It means that people need to take safe places within 2-3 minutes.”
However, how exactly this signal will be broadcast, after the scams with the “wire radio” and the “governor’s telegram channel” have been fully appreciated by Sevastopol residents, is a separate question. So far, the most notable have been the occupiers’ attempts to “balance” the “peacetime regime” exploited by Kremlin propaganda, as well as their own commercial interests in the “sphere of recreation.”
Therefore, they stated that “we will not close the beaches,” but at the same time, “everyone should understand that the beaches on the North Side do not currently have equipped shelters, so it is better to refrain from visiting them for a while.”
Let us recall that, as our expert Borys Babin previously wrote, “the occupiers quite calmly ‘prohibit’ the presence of civilians on the beaches of Crimea where and when this presence is unprofitable for them,” but this was not the case in Sevastopol, where the aggressor deliberately uses the “holiday season” as both in the propaganda format and in the “human shield” dimension, in the third year of a large-scale war.”
Against this background, Sevastopol residents are actively discussing the rumor we described the other day about the Kremlin allegedly introducing certain “military specialists” into the “government” of Sevastopol, as well as the fact that by convening a “meeting of the legislative assembly,” Razvozhaev is “trying to dilute responsibility by not accepting managerial decisions that would somehow affect him personally.”
The collaborators themselves write that “the governor apparently forgot that he made the legislative assembly an obedient puppet” and that “from the people with whom he wanted to share responsibility for the city right now”
Razvozhaev has already gotten rid of it by excluding these competing groups of collaborators from the lists of the “new composition of the assembly” agreed upon by the Kremlin. “You don’t go there, you go here. You can feel a tough hand,” the “worst friends” of the criminal “governor” are ironic about this.
