A year ago, we described a large-scale scam by the invaders with the cable car from Miskhor to Ai-Petri, which stopped working. It was indicated that “the object was sealed, closed and its further fate raises many questions.” Social networks immediately discussed that the criminal “mayor” of Yalta, Yanina Pavlenko, “wants to sell the lower station for development” to structures associated with German Gref. The cable car was for a long time under the control of the “Startinvest” structure, which was criminally “re-registered” from the occupiers in 2014 by its beneficiary Nadezhda Olefir, which illegally controlled another “cable car”, “Yalta-Gorka” in the center of the occupied city, and worked under the “umbrella” “one of the FSB groups”.
However, the “potential” of Olefir, including the scam with the attempt to build the Yalta city bathhouse, was naturally incommensurate with Gref’s capabilities; Therefore, back in the summer of 2022, the occupiers announced criminal plans to develop a “cable car” in Miskhor into a kind of “mountain park”, for which it was planned to “develop” more than 6 billion rubles. In 2023, having closed the road, the occupiers announced some kind of “reconstruction” of it, which, naturally, no one began, but at the same time the Miskhor lands were promptly “transferred from municipal property to republican property”.
A year later, the same Yanina Pavlenko stated that the cable car supposedly “will be launched in July, but only from the middle station “Sosnovy Bor”, and its liquidation in Miskhor is explained by the criminal “head of administration” by the fact that in the village supposedly “we constantly had a collapse with traffic, since there is a very narrow “neck”.
Unlike the roads of Miskhor, the collaborators’ appetites are truly bottomless, and no one doubts that German Gref’s structures received another piece of coastal land. However, Yalta residents also appreciated the fake news from Pavlenko about “Sosnovy Bor” – a cable car transfer station in the forest on the mountainside, located in an area of “about nothing”; residents discuss with deep sarcasm “who will travel there and from there and why”.
