On February 24, a number of media reported that “the Crimean company Oliva Group is destroying “Chumak” PJSC in the Kherson region”. As Ukrainian journalists noted, the Russian occupiers illegally transferred the plant to the “temporary management” of the specified “Olyva Group”.

The journalists point out, that due to the lack of necessary software of modern high-tech equipment of the enterprise, the Russian occupiers are gradually turning “Chumak”, located in Kakhovka, into scrap metal.

They add that the territory of “Chumak” is “guarded by armed soldiers, and characteristic sounds are heard from the shops, indicating the dismantling of production lines”.

Journalists note that the aforementioned illegal “Crimean enterprise” was “created” on July 13, 2022, with an “address” at 61A Glinka Street in Russia-occupied Simferopol.

In this regard, we would like to add that another “enterprise” was added to the illegal “registers” of the occupiers from the same “address” and on the same day, with the same “founder” and “director” Valery Puchkov.

This is an illegal “Titan-Group” LLC, “code” 9102283097, with “main activity” of “mining and beneficiation of iron ores”, as well as with such specific “activities” as “mining of uranium and thorium ores”. Recently, neither “Titan Group”, nor Puchkov have publicly “shine”, and the deposits, mentioned in the “types of activity” are clearly absent in the Kherson region.

Therefore, it can be assumed that this illegal “umbrella company” was created by the occupiers either for manipulations with deposits in the occupied Dniprorudne of Zaporizhzhya Region, or with a criminal “goal” at Kryvyi Rih, or for scams with the “byproducts” of the “Titan” plant in the occupied Armiansk, Crimea.
