In November, occupiers-controlled “media” quoted statements by collaborators, such as the criminal “deputies of the state сouncil” Sergei Dodonov, Alla Ponomarenko and Vasily Rogatyn, about the “shortage of specialized specialists in villages”. At the same time, in addition to the traditional complaints about the “lack of funding” and “high rates of bank mortgage loans”, “job cuts or a reduction in the number of rates” are recognized, including for “cultural workers” since “there are no additional funds for these purposes”.

However, the collaborators also noted “creative approaches” to “solving the problem”, namely the hunt for certain rural “cultural institutions” that “stand abandoned – without electricity, water, heating” allegedly due to “private owners” and therefore the aggressor’s servants promise “resolve the property issue.”

It is obvious that after “squeezing out” the corresponding, sometimes quite tasty property for Crimean swindlers, especially in the coastal regions of the peninsula, no “culture” will arise there from the occupiers, even in a criminal format; and in the objects of the “Crimean outback”, which is of low corruption interest, collaborators criminally plan to contribute placement of aggressor’s military units in the villages.
