As the aggressor’s “Sevastopol” propaganda stated, the occupiers “developed a forecast for the socio-economic development of Sevastopol for 2024–2026,” and immediately in “basic and conservative terms, taking into account the possible deterioration of the socio-economic situation”; and naturally, only the “basic” option was “publicly discussed” at the fake “meeting of the city government”.
Among the obviously fake “forecast” figures, it is worth noting the announcement of the population: an increase from the current supposedly 561 thousand to 584 thousand in 2026. At the same time, last year the occupiers predicted that the population growth of Sevastopol by 2025 would be 648 thousand people and this obviously has nothing to do with the birth rate, which is showing a catastrophic figure in the occupied city.
It is obvious that the occupiers planned “an increase in the number of Sevastopol residents” due to the massive criminal resettlement of Russians during the “development of the main base of the Black Sea Fleet”, but now, due to the obvious “change in the naval weather forecast”, “something went wrong” with these plans.
