It is obvious that only “carefully selected” applicants could “cut” a quarter of a billion not even on an imitation of some kind of “reconstruction” or “repair”, but simply on a “drafting projects” and, by “order” of the criminal “head of the republic” Sergei Aksyonov, “the only contractor” became the Yalta “firm” “Yuzhnaya Stolitza”, “Southern Capital”, in which this money will be written off by the end of the year.
It is noteworthy that the occupiers’ “media” state: allegedly “before the “Southern Capital” did not cooperate with municipalities,” but in fact this structure spent on fake “overhauls” at the end of last year 24.6 million for the facilities of the “Dolossy” sanatorium and 327.3 million for “two schools and two kindergartens” in Yalta and Gaspra.
