While the Simferopol criminal “government” continues to announce obvious fakes about the “high holiday season” for July and August, the invaders’ Sevastopol propagandists of are forced to talk about a “false start” and a “minor tone” regarding the “non-arrivals” of “Russian tourists”, previously promised by the aggressor.
As the aggressor’s propagandists admit, “local hotels have cars mostly with Sevastopol and Crimean license plates,” a quote from a Russian colonizer from Kaluga that “there were no bookings in winter and spring, so we decided not to open our guest house this year”.
As the occupiers’ criminal “head of the tourism department” in Sevastopol Larisa Ostapenko stated, “about 10% of small hotels in the city did not open this season” and this is obviously an exaggerated figure, while, as the occupiers state, “today the main client is the military and other business travelers” .
“It’s all very depressing. We see that there are no visitors at all. Compared to last season and covid times, everything is much worse now,” propagandists quote the “restaurant owner” Asian Kitchen Bar, stating that this year “restaurants did not switch to a summer work schedule.”
There are also quotes from the “seller of the point of tours and excursions” that “there are no tourists, that’s all”, and “the owner of the excursion boat in Balaklava”, that “the boat is standing, there is only one name from the summer season, there are practically no tourists, only locals rarely appear”.
However, this, albeit incomplete, “candor” of the occupiers’ propaganda has a simple explanation – the invaders’ criminal “government” expects to launder the funds of “federal assistance”, which, however, the inhabitants of the occupied Sevastopol will clearly not see, even in the event of “allocation”.
