We have previously repeatedly reported that the criminal “Crimean speaker” Vladimir Konstantinov has recently been engaged in active self-promotion on the subject of fake “cancellation” of documents from the Soviet period on the transfer of the Crimean Region to Ukraine in 1954.
At the same time, collaborator Sergey Trofimov, once a Simferopol assistant professor who was stealing, and now a criminal “deputy” and a fictitious “head of the working group on preparing a draft appeal to the constitutional court” of the aggressor, was entrusted with “formalizing” this criminal fake about “cancellation”.
However, judging by the fresh statements of Konstantinov, the level of “legal thought” from Trofimov and his accomplices clearly “exceeded all expectations” since the aforementioned criminal “working group” began to investigate and “refute” the version of the need for this transfer, declared by her, for “restoring Crimea from the post-war devastation”.
Trofimov’s “working group” thought of stating that allegedly “according to statistical data, the economic sphere of the peninsula was completely restored before 1954, when industry and agriculture were already actively developing, and housing stock was being built”. The fact that, for example, Sevastopol was restored after 1944 for at least two decades, is obviously an “incomprehensible secret” for the fake “Crimeans”.
Here, firstly, it is worth recalling that Soviet normative acts do not contain any mention of “restoration” or “devastation” at all. In the corresponding decree and resolutions, the reasons for their adoption are the common economy, territorial proximity and close economic and cultural ties, which is impossible to refute even by such “lawyers” from thin used latex as Trofimov.
Well, and secondly, it is obvious that in 1954 the demographic and social consequences of the deportation of the Crimean Tatars, to put it mildly, were still quite recent, although just the underlined disregard of the very existence and rights of the indigenous people of Crimea by the Nazi associate professors is not at all surprising.
