As we already wrote, in March 2023, the occupiers’ propaganda announced the preparation of a provocation on behalf of Alexandra Delannoy (Krutchkova), declared “the head of the vocal department of the Departmental Conservatory named after Darius Milhaud” in French Aix-en-Provence.

It was stated that Delannoy initiated the transfer to the occupied Yevpatoria of a hundred-year-old German-made grand piano, allegedly as a “gift” to the illegal “town administration”. Our Association immediately appealed to the authorized bodies of the EU, France and the relevant French municipality regarding the inadmissibility of provocations related to the mentioned municipal conservatory.

In response, the European Commission’s Directorate‑General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets (FISMA) thanked ARC expert Professor Boris Babin for providing the relevant data.

Now the aggressor’s propaganda has stated that in the occupiers-controlled “town library named after Pushkin”, “an old chamber black piano has been installed”. But at the same time, it is “specified” that Delannoy allegedly “purchased the instrument from the family of her now deceased music teacher Elaida Lobacheva” and thus nothing was transferred from France to the occupied Crimea from the conservatory and the municipal conservatory was not involved in this.

It is obvious that the appeals of our Association forced the aggressor to “crumple up” the mentioned provocation and actually recognize the fakeness of the “French trace” fabricated by the Russian special services on the occupied peninsula.
