The Russian occupiers cannot resolve the current logistical collapse and the collapse of the occupied peninsula as a “resort” for the “tourists” of the aggressor either financially or economically, which is why they are left with propaganda.
So on April 10, the Kremlin launched a series of loud promises of “additional support to keep the tourism industry busy and healthy” in the occupied region.
In fact, they come down to some means of the “national project” “tourism and hospitality industry” as well as “voluntary contributions” from fraud with the alienation of the business of civilized countries, leaving the aggressor from 2022.
Earlier in this dimension, the occupiers’ propaganda declared the amount of 2 billion rubles, insignificant for the region, but significant enough for the Crimean collaborators. Thus, especially considering that the Kremlin does not have any money in the “national project” and in the sphere of “voluntary contributions”, these steps are purely ritual in nature.
At the same time, a number of “experts” of the same aggressor sneer at these steps, recalling that the Crimean collaborators succeeded in the criminal “alienation of business” with their criminal “nationalization” of recent months.
The occupiers’ “talking heads” themselves admit that “the new Crimean “nationalization” still has no status, as well as the subsequent sale of seized assets” and that the Kremlin’s current statements “are probably also a signal to transfer Crimean tourism to self-sufficiency.”
