As the aggressor’s propaganda is forced to admit, in the center of the occupied Sevastopol, a high-rise building built several years ago begins to collapse, in which “the owners of the housing have never been settled”.

The illegal beneficiary of this house, “registered” as an alleged “housing and construction cooperative”, whose name has already changed several times, is the notorious Sevastopol developer Andrei Grigorov; it was his “company” “Standartstroy”, further “renamed” to “KBRSG”, that was the “contractor” on the alleged “order of the cooperative”.

The meaning of the current scam from Grigorov is quite simple – from the “buyers of apartments”, which for the most part were Russian colonialists, they expect “the sale of a share in the cooperative at the current price”, and “confidentially inform” that until “the owners change”, “the house is in operation won’t give up”.

In this situation, it is not so much this criminal scam of Grigorov that is interesting, but his “rich biography”, which took place thanks to his father, Mikhail Grigorov, an ally of Nikolai Azarov, who for many years was engaged in theft in the state highway service.

Andrey Grigorov himself, as a deputy of the Sevastopol City Council, in 2014 took the path of cooperation with the Russian occupiers, for which in July 2022 he was sentenced in absentia by a Ukrainian court to 11 years in prison. Thus, it is obvious that all the construction projects of the firms of this swindler during the de-occupation of Sevastopol will become state property of Ukraine.
