As we reported earlier, from the beginning of January, the “cable car” to Ai-Petri stopped working in the occupied Crimea. It was stated that “the object is sealed, closed and its further fate raises many questions”.
In Yalta social networks, it was immediately indicated that the facility was on a fake “long-term lease from a management company” and that the criminal “mayor” Yanina Pavlenko “wants to sell the lower station for development” to structures associated with German Gref.
Let us recall that for a long time this object was under the control of the so-called “Startinvest” “company”, which was criminally “re-registered” in 2014 in the occupational “registries” by its “owner” Nadezhda Olefir, who illegally controls another “cable car”, “Yalta-Gorka” in the center of the occupied city.
We previously wrote that the Moscow-origin Olefir herself repeatedly admitted that she was running her business under the “umbrella” of the Russian invaders’ punishers from the “FSB”, with the help of which she “beat off” the attempts of the former criminal “mayor of Yalta” Rostenko “to seize the cable car business”.
In particular, in 2020, Olefir and her other “firm” “Olimp”, participated, under the control of their criminal curators, in a scam with an attempt to destroy the city bathhouse of the occupied Yalta, the territory of which was planned for illegal development.
In the summer of 2022, the occupiers announced criminal plans to build a “cable car” in Miskhor as a kind of “mountain park”, on which it was planned to “master” more than 6 billion rubles, as it was declared by collaborators Daniil Pidayev and Irina Kiviko.
Now the criminal “administration” declares that allegedly “the cableway will be reconstructed”, but in the light of previous criminal “announcements” it is obvious that the invaders want to use such a tasty piece of land as its “lower station” for completely different illegal purposes, for which they organized a criminal and fake “transfer of land from municipal property to republican”.
