According to the occupiers’ propaganda, the aggressor’ government “handed over a state award to a team of physicists and technologists”, among which so-called “Sevastopol researchers” are allegedly listed. It is claimed that the “award has been given” for the “research, development and production of vacuum arc chutes” as allegedly “modern equipment” capable of “switching off short circuit current”.

Let us note that the very concept of arc chutes was introduced into the practice of electrical networks more than a century ago, namely no later than 1912. Also, it was vacuum arc chutes that were developed in the 20th century by a number of countries, including the USSR, and the corresponding developments became a practice even before 1991. For example, in 1990, the share of vacuum circuit breakers in the market of then European Union reached 40 %, and in the Japanese market – 70 %, Now these devices for the markets of civilized countries are mass-produced by the same “Siemens”, so the aggressor’s government was clearly a little “late” with the criminal “premiums”.

The strange “attention” of the aggressor’s government and the occupiers’ propaganda in Sevastopol to this issue is explained very simply – the criminal “people’s governor” of the occupied city Alexei Chaly, among other things, “heads” the illegal “enterprise” “Reasonable Electric Networks”, engaged criminally in the manufacture of this electrical equipment, through which he plans further to “launder” the illegal “federal funding”.
