According to the aggressor-controlled “media”, the punishers of the invaders “stopped the search” for collaborator Illarion Gapitsonov, who until the end of August 2022 played the criminal role of “director of the capital construction department” of the occupied Sevastopol.
Let us recall that since 2006, Kerch-origin Gapitsonov has become the commercial director of the “Kerchbud” company, and since 2011, he has been the founder of the “Audit” law firm. From 2014 to 2019, Gapitsonov appeared in the “registries” of the occupiers as “the founder and general director of the Novostroy company”, declared “in a state of bankruptcy”.
Also Gapitsonov’s company “Kerchbud” began to interact with the aggressor’s Black Sea Fleet under the conditions of occupation, being involved in the construction of facilities in the Kamysh Bay of Sevastopol. Interestingly, on this “contract” Gapitsonov “pushed” his Feodosia “colleague” Roman Lukichev from the “Audit” company, and subsequently entered into a “commercial conflict” with him regarding long-term construction in Kerch, on which Lukichev wanted to “master” the funds of “federal target program”. It was this scam that became the basis for the “searches” in 2021 and the further “search” for Gapitsonov.
In September 2019, Illarion Gapitsonov was declared by the occupiers to be the specified fictitious “department director”, which was facilitated by the infamous Mikhail Razvozhaev. In 2021, Gapitsonov initiated the creation by the fake “governor” Razvozhaev of the illegal institution “Sevastopol Construction Control”, which became a form of additional corruption burden on criminal developers who are mastering the funds of the “federal target program”.
While Gapitsonov continued to “multiply the fortune” of his own family, “accumulating” in Sevastopol with new real estate, through him, as through a fake “head of department”, new “permits” were issued for the criminal development of the city with high-rise buildings for Russian “colonialists” by companies like “Alfa Group Invest” with its projector on the Fiolentovske highway. Also, Gapitsonov helped Razvozhaev to master the “Moscow funds” at the endless “reconstruction” of the “Gornyak” stadium.
Let us recall that Gapitsonov was put on the “wanted list” in August 2022 a couple of days after his resignation, and he waited out this “stormy period of his biography” in the role of a fake “assistant to the Sevastopol governor”, hiding from punishers in the “fog of war”, in Russia-occupied Melitopol and Starobelsk. Our Association has already written about Gapitsonov’s active participation in looting and criminal “re-registration” of objects in the occupied Luhansk region.
Therefore, it is not surprising that now it “suddenly turned out” that the illegal “Kerch police” have not been “looking for” Gapitsonov for a month and a half, which means that all of his numerous scams are now taking place exclusively within the framework of his “mutually beneficial cooperation” with the invaders’ punishers.
