After the occupiers announced the “approval” of the illegal “city budget” of Sevastopol with only a recognized “deficit of 4.6 billion, or 6.1% of expenditures”, “expenditures on culture” slightly increased in it.
It is quite easy to understand this sudden “thirst for beauty” of the aggressor, because simultaneously with the “increase in expenses”, Anzhela Sumakova, a member of the “Krasnoyarsk team” of the criminal “governor” Razvozhaev, was illegally “appointed” to the fake position of “director of the department of culture”.
A dancer from the Siberian Tura Sumakova ten years ago “worked hard” together with Razvozhaev in the apparatus of the administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Further, in 2015, she was noted as an adviser to the “head of the Dolgano-Nenets municipal district” and since 2017 she became the director of the Krasnoyarsk “Center for International and Regional Cultural Relations”, the head of which in the “registries” of the occupiers has remained until now and not just like that.
It was through this “Center”, closely connected with Russia’s special services, that a significant part of the funds from 80 billion of such an aggressor’s propaganda project as the “Winter Universiade”, held in March 2019, was “laundered” while Razvozhaev “by coincidence” held “various federal positions” in Moscow.
It is noteworthy that although Sumakova was not a direct subordinate of Razvozhaev in Krasnoyarsk for a long time, but after the criminal “transfer” to the occupied Sevastopol, he immediately “took her with him”, although until 2022 he kept her in Sevastopol in “not such noticeable roles”.
Sevastopol residents note that Razvozhaev is beginning to “take an example” from the fake “speaker” of Crimea Konstantinov, who also has a habit of placing not only his current, but also his former “ladies of the heart” in key roles in significant corruption schemes.
