In some occupiers-controlled “media”, the question was again “raised” of alleged “intermediary activity” from the “Crimean state fuma deputy” Leonid Babashov. In 2021, they already reported that this “entrepreneur” allegedly massively “helps Ukrainian oligarchs re-register Crimean real estate” to fake “Russian owners”.
It should be noted that since 2014 Babashov has been actively criminally contributing to the occupation of the Crimea, in particular in the role of a fake “deputy of the state council”, not forgetting to cash in on both “federal orders” and real estate scams, using the special “favor” of Sergey Aksyonov.
However, having received a “ticket to the Duma” from the Kremlin in 2021, Babashov began to “enjoy attention” from “competing structures” in Moscow.
Now, the local “court” refused to remove last year’s publication from “competitors”, which pointed out Babashov’s alleged involvement in the “re-registration” of the Yalta shopping center “Imax”, as well as the real estate of the companies “Sport Tour” and “Starvista” in Simeiz, “Investio” and “Tai-invest” in Parkove and so on.
Obviously, in the current situation, the number of those who want to criminally “profit” on Crimean real estate in the “war will write off everything” style is increasing both in Moscow and in Simferopol.
