On November 26, the invaders’ propaganda announced that Vladimir Popenkov, who had been performing the criminal functions of the “town Gautleiter” for the last few months”, had become the criminal “head” of Feodosia. What is noteworthy in this fictitious “election” is not the personality of the “mayor”, who was previously listed in the Feodosiya structure of the illegal aggressor-controlled “Krymenergo”, but the fact that since 2014 the criminally “leading” town personalities are constantly being replaced.
Such a “personnel leapfrog”, caused by the constant struggle of groups of collaborators and special services among themselves, already causes sarcasm even among the “media” and “bloggers” who are completely loyal to the aggressor, calling Popenkov nothing more than “senile grandfather”.
Similar epithets from the townspeople of Yevpatoriya were received by the local fake “chairman of the town council” Emmilia Leonova, who was recently noted for the fake “initiative of the municipalities to establish their own holidays”, which became the subject of mass sarcasm of the townspeople, speaking about “current holiday times”.
This collaborator was recently brought by the Russian special services to “check in” at the “IV International municipal forum” held in Moscow, where Leonova even signed such a “breakthrough agreement” as a fake “plan of joint events” with the Russian Sestroretsk.
