On October 3, a “document” from the so-called “Glonass-Crimea Company” was published on social networks in which the occupiers admit that the “electronic warfare means” they use on the peninsula significantly affect the data on the dates and coordinates of tachographs of cars connected to the aggressor’s satellite system “Glonass”.
In this context, we note that the illegal activities of “Glonass” on the occupied peninsula pass through the mentioned Simferopol “layout” with the “director” in the person of Oleg Severnenko, before the occupation of an entrepreneur who was engaged in car repairs and then tried to “break into the politics” of the aggressor through the criminal “regional branch of the «Just Russia» party”.
The criminal “natural monopoly” created by the occupiers has led to the fact that it is through the “Glonass-Crimea Company” that considerable “budget funds” are laundered for the installation, control and maintenance of those very tachographs, as well as validators and public transport control systems, selling “services” for managing satellite terminals”, “for connecting to the «Almaz» system”, and for ensuring the activities of such structures of the occupiers as the “Regional navigation and information system of Sevastopol”.
It is obvious that now, against the backdrop of the “massive malfunction of tachographs” with which the occupiers literally stuffed any “departmental and municipal transport”, “new financial horizons” are opening up for Severnenko’s structure.
