In early December, we wrote about the occupiers’ latest round of “nationalization” in Sevastopol, as part of which they “nationalized” the occupiers and “Digital Innovations” as a previously created, controlled “gasket” for utility bills, created by the same occupation “administration.”
We previously wrote about the role of former Gauleiter Razvozhaev’s “deputy,” Yevgeny Gorlov, arrested “for corruption” last year in the “receipt wars” scam, who brought together the struggle between two clones of Sevastopolgaz, a “state enterprise” and a “public joint-stock company,” as well as “Digital Innovations.”
The occupiers also “nationalized” the property of Elena Meshkovskaya, “director” and “co-founder” of “Digital Innovations,” as well as the second “co-founder” of this organization, Valeria Zinchenko.
Back then, we wrote that the occupiers were seeking to “draw a line” in a situation with “nationalization,” a situation in which the same structures closely tied to the current “administration” were heavily implicated in the Gorlov saga, and that the beneficiaries of the current “asset redistribution” would become clear in the coming months.
And now, in January, Alexander Podturkin, who is also the “general director of the state-owned enterprise” Sevastopolgaz, has been named as the “interim director” of “Digital Innovations.”
It’s noteworthy that in November 2022, the occupiers jailed “general director” Podturkin for a 13 million ruble scam involving the “Bakhchisarai branch” of “Krymgazseti,” which he had previously “managed,” but the case then “disappeared” and Podturkin reappeared in his Sevastopol “position,” without any comment.
Podturkin’s “first deputy” was Alexandra Zamureenko, who, prior to the “nationalization” of the aforementioned “joint-stock” Sevastopolgaz, had served for several years as its “deputy general director for gas supply and metering.” Zamureenko had also joined the aforementioned “Digital Innovations” before their “nationalization.”
Thus, it is clear that the described “nationalizations” did not result in a change in the Sevastopol Gauleiter’s key puppets in the “utility payments” scams, the cost of which, as a reminder, increased significantly for the population in January.
