On December 5, the occupiers announced another “nationalization” in Sevastopol, extending it to all property of the “three internet provider companies” of “Sevstar”: “Sevstar MT”, “Sevstar IT”, and “Sevstar ISPS”, as well as the “founder of the companies,” Sergei Tikhov, and their “director,” Konstantin Kokush.
The “nationalization” of such entities as “Lankom”, “Spetstekhservis”, “Glechik”, “Gorodskie Innovatsii”, “E-motion Krym”, “Scientific and Industrial Enterprise “Mist”, “Korvet”, “Sevtelekomservis”, “Freenet-Krym”, and “Ekstrim-Center” has also been announced, as well as their “founders,” allegedly “connected with the owners of the digital operator.” Larisa Kontsebovskaya is stated to be the “main beneficiary of “Sevstar” and a number of other companies.”
It should be noted that the occupiers are also “nationalizing” “Tsyfrovyie Innovatsii” (“Digital Innovations”), as a “gasket” for utility payments, previously created and controlled by the same occupation “administration”.
We previously wrote about the role of gauleiter Razvozhaev’s former “deputy,” Yevgeny Gorlov, arrested “for corruption” last year in the “receipt wars” scam, who brought together the struggle between two “Sevastopolgaz” clones, as well as “Digital Innovations”.
The occupiers are also “nationalizing” the property of Elena Meshkovskaya, the “director” and “co-founder” of “Digital Innovations”, as well as the second “co-founder” of this structure, Valeria Zinchenko.
It is clear that with this “nationalization,” the occupiers are seeking to “draw a line” in a situation where these same structures, closely connected to the current “administration,” were widely implicated in the Gorlov saga, and at the same time transfer the city’s internet communications into the “safe hands” of a major Russian player.
As Sevastopol residents sarcastically comment, “If they’re such ‘saboteurs,’ then why did they work in the city for so many years? Everything was quiet, and then suddenly they were ‘nationalized’ en masse…”, recalling that “Digital Innovations” “was actually created under the auspices of the ‘current government.'”
Obviously, the beneficiaries of the mentioned “asset redistribution” will become clear in the coming months.
