Earlier we reported on the death, allegedly on July 8, of the criminal “deputy head of the administration” of occupied Yevpatoria Mikhail Kolganov.
For some reason, the occupiers still do not provide details of the death of this 37-year-old collaborator, who had not previously complained of any illnesses, and after the stingy “official condolences” they clearly decided not to mention this figure anymore.
Let us recall that dead Kolganov, who ended up in the Saki prosecutor’s office shortly before the occupation, made a “career” in Saki since 2014, along the “prosecutor’s line”.
Since 2021, he has been “teleported” to the current Yevpatoria “bread and butter chair”, where he has successfully outlasted three “mayors”.
We immediately noted as a remarkable fact that his “colleague” in “deputies” at Yuryev for the last six months has been a relative and at the same time a “colleague” in the “Saksky prosecutor’s office”, and later “deputy head of the Saksky district administration” Sergei Kolganov, responsible for “legal municipal issues”.
It is easy to guess that these two natives of the “Saksky prosecutor’s office” had common appetites and plans in the long-suffering Yevpatoria.
Let us recall that the “star” of the late Kalganov began to “shine” from the beginning of this year, when he “entered the public sphere”, bragging in the local “media” about his “heroic fight against the Ukrainian heritage”, in the role of “responsible for the department of property and land relations”.
This, by the way, coincided in time with the “transfer” of his relative Sergei from Saki to Yevpatoria.
Let us recall that Mikhail Kolganov did not particularly hide his plans to “revise” 69 lease agreements for “state” real estate, and bragged that he had found 20 thousand “previously”, that is, before the occupation, “registered real estate objects, the ownership rights of citizens to which were not registered” by the aggressor in Yevpatoria.
Such fabulous corruption prospects clearly inspired both the late Kolganov and his patrons at that time.
However, on the occasion of his death we pointed out that it became a clear indication that people with “extra knowledge” about “very respected people” do not stay alive among the occupiers for long, and that the classic rule that “in any investigation it is important not to get back at yourself” has not yet been cancelled.
Obviously, the prospects for the “family happiness” of the Kolganovs could not but be affected by the scams with the development of Moinaki “for the needs of the Russian elite”, as well as with the development of the coastal zone “Golden Sands” “sold” to the Kremlin in the field of propaganda.
However, these machinations have long since reached the “federal level” at the instigation of Sergei Aksyonov’s clan, for which the Crimean gauleiter apparently received a “temporary indulgence” from Moscow in 2024 before the “republican elections”, and the current “head of the administration”, the Simferopol Nazi and “animal lover” Andrei Yuryev was sent to supervise these processes in Yevpatoria.
And now, “completely unexpectedly”, the Yevpatoria “officialdom” posted a “frank response about the activities for the first half of the year” from the aforementioned relative of the deceased, Sergei Kolganov, describing the “exploits” of the illegal “municipal control and legal support departments”
It is expected that in this “confession” there is nothing about the “renewal of lease agreements” or about thousands of “unregistered objects”.
Now a relative of the dead Kolganov, about whom there are strong rumors in the town about a “forced suicide”, tells about something completely different – the dismantling of 11 stalls and a hundred “fines” for “illegal trade from vehicles”.
Further, the now living Kolganov promises to “mercilessly fight” with such “malicious violators” as sellers of “braiding services” for the few vacationers, since “in most of these places, one comb is used for all clients, which is not subject to any treatment”.
Apart from dirty combs, Sergei Kolganov does not cite any other challenges for “municipal well-being”, and his “confession” is clearly aimed at maximum distancing from the “revolutionary initiatives” of his dead relative, accomplice and “colleague”.
Will the current “public plans” of Sergei Kolganov, who clearly “knew too much”, help him “rehabilitate himself” in the eyes of the Simferopol and Moscow “authorities”, preserving his life and, especially, his “position” – further events will show.
