As it follows from the aggressor’s “registers”, the occupiers decided to “sell at auction” the Yevpatoria and Yalta sea ports. Two “joint-stock companies” with these names are put up for “auction”, 192.5 million rubles are asked for “Yevpatoria shares”, and 1644.5 million for “Yalta ones”.
Earlier, we wrote about the attempts of collaborators to sell individual ships of the port fleet of these ports, seized back in 2014.
The current scam with the “alienation of unprofitable property” was preceded by the “creation” of the aforementioned “firms”, with the “transfer” to them of the port property from the illegal “state unitary enterprise” of the occupiers, “Crimean Sea Ports”.
It is noteworthy that, judging by the “state procurement registers”, the port in Yevpatoria has not been conducting any maritime activities at all, even nominally, recently, having laundered 6.4 million in six months on the supply of water, gas, electricity and gasoline.
At the same time, the “head” of the Yevpatoria port is declared to be Sergei Zyryanov, who was the “minister of internal policy, information and communications” in 2018-2020, replacing the infamous Dmitry Polonsky.
Before the occupation of Crimea, Zyryanov was a deputy of the Central District Council of Simferopol from the “Party of Regions” and he worked in the executive committee of the same district, and was also the director of the municipal enterprise “Stary Horod”, and since 2014 he “made a career” in the aforementioned “ministry”, which ended quite suddenly and “without comment”.
We previously wrote that Zyryanov’s commercial interests in Crimea are related to slot machines and online casinos, and on the peninsula he “represents” the “Russian computer sports federation” and “leads” the “Sports programming federation”, the “Phygital sports federation” and the like.
In this role, Zyryanov repeatedly appeared in militaristic events in Yevpatoria in 2024, moreover, “along the lines of the Orthodox clergy”, and at the same time illegally “registered” the “firm” “Ekovend” in the “register” of the aggressor in the village of Maloaleksandrovka, located near occupied Skadovsk, the main activity of this “firm” was indicated as trading through machines.
The Yalta port is clearly a more “fat” facility, operating a number of sites on the southern coast of Crimea; in six months, at least 63.3 million rubles were laundered through it in “government purchases”, including in scams with “maintenance and repair of the port fleet”.
At first, Evgeny Shmanov from Chuvashia was declared the “director” of the port, previously tied to the Moscow developer “Fe-Stroy” and “Trading House Avikon”, whose financial protection was the Moscow “Inteprogressbank”.
But then the local collaborator Ivan Padolochny, the former “head of the port trade union”, began to “manage the port”.
The scam described above with “sale at par” in the case of yevpatoria is clearly connected with the implementation of the “Golden Sands” scam, where plans to develop the coast for “multi-story apartments” for Russian colonizers directly concern the lands and waters of the port.
And in the case of Yalta, it is extremely likely that the port facilities will be “squeezed out” for the needs of the “gambling zone” previously announced by the aggressor in the interests of the Moscow oligarch Arkady Rotenberg, as a result of which, as a result of the struggle for control over the southern coastal lands, the puppet of another Moscow clan, Shmanov, was replaced by Padolochny.
