On July 8, the occupation “press” broadcast a statement by Yevpatoria gauleiter Andrei Yuryev about “sincere condolences” on the occasion of the death of his criminal “deputy” Mikhail Kolganov.
For some reason, the details of the death of this 37-year-old collaborator, who had not previously complained of any illnesses, are not given, but on the “official web portal of the administration” and on the “web portal of the council of ministers” the occupiers immediately removed the page with his biography and “positions”.
Let us recall, that Kolganov, who got into the Saki prosecutor’s office shortly before the occupation, made a “career” in Saki since 2014, along the “prosecutor’s line”.
Since 2021, he has been “teleported” to the current Yevpatoria “bread chair”, where he has successfully outlasted three “mayors”.
It is noteworthy that his “colleague” in “deputies” at Yuryev’s is a relative and at the same time “colleague” in the “Saksky prosecutor’s office”, and later “deputy head of the Saksky district administration” Sergei Kolganov.
Recall that the “star” of the late Kalganov began to “shine” from the beginning of this year, when he “entered the public plane”, bragging in the local “media” about his “heroic fight against the Ukrainian heritage”, in the role of “responsible for the department of property and land relations”.
The vice-gauleiter then announced the discovery of 69 lease agreements for “state” real estate, concluded before the occupation, with which he began to “actively engage”, sorting tenants by their level of solvency in the format of the current corruption vertical.
As we wrote earlier, the ability to “share thoughts in large bills” with the Simferopol “leadership”, probably “over the head” of Yuryev, clearly inspired Kolganov not only for the aforementioned scams with a dozen tenants, but also for a larger-scale project.
As this figure later bragged in the “press”, in Yevpatoria he found no less than 20 thousand “earlier”, that is, before the occupation, “registered real estate objects, the ownership rights of citizens to which are not registered” by the aggressor.
Then we wrote that in general it is possible to imagine what will happen to the owners of the long-suffering Yevpatoria real estate, but the plot turned out to be even more cinematic.
The sudden death of Kolganov became a clear indication that people with “extra knowledge” about “very respected people” do not stay alive among the occupiers for long, and that the classic rule that “in any investigation it is important not to get to ourselves” has not yet been cancelled, especially in the sphere of scams with the development of Moinaki “for the needs of the Russian elite”, as well as with the development of the coastal zone “Golden Sands” “sold” to the Kremlin in the field of propaganda.
