As we reported in 2023, the aggressor then announced the “transfer of shares” of the fake “Krymenergo” to the “Crimean government” with the obvious goal of “hiding” them from the relevant decisions.
Then the occupiers made the “next move”, and the criminal “state council” announced the transfer of “real estate owned by the Republic of Crimea in favor of the joint-stock company “Solar Generation” (“Solnechnaya generatziya”), which was created in June 2023″.
Let us recall, that earlier we wrote about the scam with the illegal “nationalization” of Crimean solar power plants, which until 2014 were operated by the company “Activ Solar” with alleged Cypriot and Austrian “roots”, but in fact controlled by the Klyuyev brothers, close to the Yanukovych family; in 2023, we pointed out that the occupiers are gradually “bringing” that same “tasty asset” to the fake “Krymenergo”.
And now the collaborators from the “state council” have announced the “transfer” of “98 real estate objects in the Saksky district and the town of Yevpatoria” from “Krymenergo” to the aforementioned structure “Solar Generation”, thus it is to it that the occupiers “transfer” the remains of the solar energy of Western Crimea.
At the same time, “Solar Generation” itself is a “daughter” of that same “Krymenergo”, and is “registered” together with it at the same Simferopol address. This “enterprise” is “managed” by Vitaly Inozemtsev, and he is also a “minority co-founder” of the “Skif” structure, as a “daughter” for “Solar Generation”.
In this regard, we note that “Skif” is declared as an “enterprise” not only in the energy sector, but also in the “production of other plastic products” and even “transportation of passengers by sea vessels of coastal navigation”, its “director” is the Simferopol collaborator Artem Sukhorab, the “official email” of this structure is notable for its abbreviation “skifsolar”.
Until 2018, this figure worked in the “strategic enterprise” “Krymkhleb” controlled by collaborator Dmytro Tabachnyk, then he flashed in the criminal role of “deputy director of the Simferopol united technical school of the Crimean regional public organization “DOSAAF”, as well as “a reserve member of the draft board of the Simferopol city district” and “a juror of the Kyiv district court of the city of Simferopol”.
Considering this biography, it is possible that Sukhorab and Inozemtsev are not just front men for this scam from the Russian special services, but also persons ensuring control over the solar energy of the peninsula on the part of its “former” beneficiaries.
Recall that in May, the UN published our information to the UN Special Rapporteur on Climate Change, Professor Elisa Morgera, for her report on human rights in the life cycle of renewable energy and critical minerals for 80th session of the General Assembly.
The information reported on our investigation into the power plants of the “Solar” group, and indicated that during all the years of the Russian occupation of Crimea, various structures committed large-scale scams at these solar power plants of the peninsula, including those built since 2011, and their subsequent “nationalization” by the aggressor in 2023 was just another step in criminal combinations.
