Some days ago, the criminal “deputy head of the administration” of occupied Yevpatoria, Mikhail Kolganov, “in charge of the department of property and land relations”, decided to brag in the local “media” about his “heroic fight against the Ukrainian heritage”.
This figure announced the identification of 69 lease agreements for “state” real estate concluded before the occupation, which he is now actively engaged in, sorting tenants by their level of solvency in the format of the current corruption vertical.
It is noteworthy that Kolganov, a Yevpatorian who got into the Saki prosecutor’s office shortly before the occupation, has made a “career” in Saki since 2014, along the “prosecutor’s line”. Since 2021, he has been “teleported” to the current Yevpatoria “bread chair”, where he has successfully outlasted three “mayors”
The ability to “share thoughts in large bills” with the Simferopol “leadership” clearly inspired Kolganov not only for the aforementioned scams with a dozen tenants, but also for a larger-scale project.
As this activist now boasted, in Yevpatoria he found no less than 20 thousand “earlier”, that is, before the occupation, “registered real estate objects, the ownership of which is not registered” by the aggressor.
What will now happen to the owners of the long-suffering Yevpatoria real estate can be imagined in general, but for “wide consumption” this swindler cheerfully reports on the ill-fated “golden sands” promised to the Kremlin until 2035, and, traditionally, on the fight against “racially inferior” signs in English.
