Some days ago, the fake “authorities of the Kherson region” of the occupiers decided to “please” the population, stating that allegedly “methods for using the melioration complex of the Kherson region for local irrigation from alternative sources have been developed.”
The key “talking head” on this issue is declared to be Aleksey Gnezdilov, in the criminal role of “head of the production department of melioration and water management of the Kherson region”, who “presented the method of filling the canals with artesian water” to gauleiter Vladimir Saldo.
Gnezdilov also stated that allegedly “there is a possibility of partially filling the North Crimean Canal with excess groundwater suitable for drinking and domestic use.”
These announcements are not new, in May last year the same Gnezdilov announced the alleged injection of some “drainage and artesian waters” into the bed of the North Crimean Canal; however, at that time this figure admitted that without the restoration of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station dam, all this was palliative measures.
Since the aggressor had previously used similar predatory “innovations in water use” in the captured Crimea, the “Crimean trace” of the aforementioned touring artist, who was registered as an entrepreneur in Krasnodar in 2020, but then “migrated” to Simferopol, where his connection with the local “firm” “Quadro Group”, can be traced.
In recent years, this structure has mastered more than 8 million rubles on “federal contracts” with “Krymmeliovodkhoz”, supplying the latter with complete outdoor distribution devices for electricity, and Krasnodar resident Kirill Smulsky is also associated with it.
Obviously, the scams of these businessmen on “contracts” in the field of ill-considered and predatory melioration will continue, now in the occupied part of the Kherson region.
