As has long been the custom with anti-democratic regimes, in the event of another “negative growth” in the standard of living of the population, they offer it new fake “holidays”.
The Crimean collaborators are also following this “well-trodden route”, having “approved” the previously announced “day of the state council” on September 19, in fact “about themselves, beloved”, and also promising to make November 25 “the day of the Crimean industry”.
However, such “pressing dates” do not distract the same functionaries from the “state council” and from the traditional language of hate and genocidal calls, now also in a “festive” wrapper.
The aforementioned illegal body also “voted” for “renaming” the propaganda “day of the reunification of Ukraine with Russia”, under which the occupiers “celebrated” the date of the Pereyaslav Rada on January 18.
Now, as the hardened Nazis Sergei Tsekov and Vladimir Konstantinov explain, they will “celebrate” a certain “day of the reunification of Rus'”, removing from the title the very mention of Ukraine, although it sounded pro-Kremlin.
This is not surprising, since, as we have written many times before, these criminal figures, as is known, deny the very existence of Ukraine and periodically call for the total genocide of Ukrainians.
In the same misanthropic vein, the same Konstantinov additionally began to discuss at a “round table” dedicated to “Crimean parliamentarism”, the removal from the “constitution” of the occupiers of a purely declarative mention of the Ukrainian language, sincerely rejoicing that “Ukrainians are melting” on the occupied peninsula.
Let us add that at this event, the genocidal statements of Tsekov and Konstantinov about the “buffer zone”, “complete degradation” and “sad future”, as well as their calls for the destruction of Ukrainian civilian infrastructure received a characteristic addition.
The Crimean collaborators, having once again described their own criminal “merits” of 2014 before the Kremlin, stated that at the time of the occupation of Crimea “neither Donbass nor Odessa were burning … with the desire” to be captured by Russia, projecting this as the “inferiority” of not only the local population, but also the mainland collaborators.
However, all these Nazi grimaces and ostentatious distancing from the “racially unreliable” mainland “colleagues” have not yet brought Konstantinov the coveted Kremlin seat, and whether his obvious calculations on additional favor from Moscow will be justified – further events will show.
