The “hero of the Yalta cauldrons”, the figurehead of the scams with artificial intelligence and the current “left hand” of gauleiter Mikhail Razvozhaev in the “Sevastopol United Russia”, Pavel Kharlamov recently made his mark in the “field of Cossacks”.
During the next show of the “report to the legislative assembly” of the next “head of police” of occupied Sevastopol Sergey Sigunov, Kharlamov stated that in the city “foot patrolling of remote settlements – for example, Sakharnaya Golovka – is not carried out at all”, proposing to fight “local hot spots” with the help of “Cossacks”.
Let us recall that the scams with these “mighty forces” described by us were undertaken in Sevastopol before. For example, the former “Chechen-Krasnoyarsk” prosecutor and criminal “director of the public security department” Mikhail Savchin, who fled to Moscow in August 2023, pulled off a large-scale scheme in December 2022.
As part of it, “taking into account the complicated operational situation,” the Russian invaders allegedly “massively used illegal “people’s vigilantes” and “Cossacks,” allegedly “to maintain order.”
At the same time, the occupiers actively wrote off illegal “budget funds” for these “needs” at the rate of “115 rubles per hour per person,” by “concluding contracts” with the same criminal “commanders” and thousands of “dead souls” of hapless security guards.
Obviously, “Kharlamov and company” are not at all against repeating this plot, and the fact that several of some costumed “Cossacks” were last seen live by Sevastopol residents on October 17 last year during the “Tik-Tok seizure” of the premises of Firtashev’s “Sevastopolgaz” clearly does not bother anyone in the criminal “government”.
